Ringa Hora Services Workforce Development Council is commencing a review of the New Zealand Certificate Financial Services (Level 5) with strands in Financial Advice, Investment, Life and Health Insurance, General Insurance, Residential Property Lending, Personal Lending, Banking, and Trustee Services [ref: 2315].
We propose the review to take place during September to November 2023 to ensure the qualification is, and continues to be, useful and relevant to the sector.
The review will be conducted using a variety of methods including face to face and/or online meetings, individual interviews (face to face and online), email consultation, focus groups and workshops.
