Ring Hora Services Workforce Development Council is responsible for developing standards and qualifications in the Services Sector.
We are commencing the development of the draft standards listed below, in response to industry requests and government regulatory developments.
Industry has expressed a need to have staff training pathways available to keep self and customers safe from sexual harm. In the light of recent action from government there was also a need to promote safe gambling. Ringa Hora have developed the drafts below for you to consider and offer suggestions for improvement, or any other view you may have.
