By attending a Ringa Hora event (in person or virtual) you enter an area where photography, audio, and video recording may occur.
By entering the event premises, you consent to interview(s), photography, audio recording, video recording (“Works”) and its/their release, publication, exhibition, or reproduction to be used for news, webcasts, promotional purposes, advertising, inclusion on websites and social media, or any other purpose by Ringa Hora Services Workforce Development Council (“Ringa Hora”) and its affiliates and representatives. You release Ringa Hora, its employees, and each and all persons involved from any liability connected with the taking, recording, digitizing, or publication of interviews, photographs, computer images, video and/or sound recordings.
The Works may be cropped, altered, transformed or reproduced in any way, in any current or future media (including, but not limited to, print, TV, digital and the internet) and may also be combined with any other works or text.
You release Ringa Hora from any claims and demands in connection with the photographs and/or videos.
If you see yourself in one of our photographs and/or videos, and your image is identifiable, you have the right to request, in writing, that Ringa Hora stop using the photograph and/or video by contacting [email protected] and letting us know when and where it was seen.
You have been fully informed of your consent, waiver of liability, and release before entering the event, and this notice is prominently displayed at events.
