Review of the Service sector’s Consent and Moderation Requirements (CMR 0112) completed

The Ringa Hora Quality Assurance team recently completed a high-level review of the Service sector’s Consent and Moderation Requirements (CMR 0112). The review was approved by NZQA and will be available on their website soon. The review of CMR 0112 did not alter any core industry-specific requirements. Instead, it focused on replacing “ServiceIQ” with “Ringa Hora” and making minor wording changes, e.g., National Moderator to Quality Assurance Manager.

Ringa Hora intends to fully review its CMRs and industry-specific requirements during 2024.
