Ringa Hora Services Workforce Development Council has completed the review of the New Zealand Certificate in Financial Services (Level 5) with strands in in Investment; Life, Disability, and Health Insurance; General Insurance; Residential Property Lending; Personal Lending; Banking; and Trustee Services.
