Hinerangi Edwards, (Taranaki whānui,  Te Arawa, Samoan), has chaired Ringa Hora since 2021. She co-owns and operates AATEA Solutions, a kaupapa Māori professional services consultancy. She has been an employer for 25 years and her multi-sectoral mahi can be summarised as service to community, clients, and future generations.

Hinerangi is also Pou Whiri Matua for Kanapu, an MBIE-funded workforce development kaupapa for research, science, innovation and technology; and deputy chair of Te Aho o Te Kura Pounamu (formerly The Correspondence School).
